Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Content Factory ("the Service") at https://content.allinmedia.ai, operated by OOIN MEDIA LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an online workspace for producing video content. It lets you write scripts and storyboards, design characters and scenes, generate images, video clips and audio using third-party AI models, and edit them into finished videos.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Information you give us must be accurate. One person or organisation may not use accounts to evade limits or suspensions.

3. Credits

  • Generating images, video and audio consumes credits. Text features do not. The number of credits for an action is shown before you confirm it.
  • Credits are sold in packs at ¥0.01 per credit, as listed on our pricing section. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card or wallet details.
  • Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or used outside the Service.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • If a generation fails, the credits held or charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Refunds of purchased credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and AI output

  • You keep the rights you hold in the material you upload (text, images, audio, video).
  • Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you may use the output generated for you, including commercially. AI output may be similar to output generated for others, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or free of third-party rights.
  • You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content to the AI model providers only as needed to run the Service for you.
  • You are responsible for your content and for how you use the output, including compliance with laws on AI-generated content labelling that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our AI Content Policy. In particular you may not use the Service to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates or uses the likeness of a real person without their consent, content that infringes others' intellectual property, or content intended to defraud, harass or mislead. You may not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell access to the Service.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. When an account is closed for a breach, unused credits are forfeited; when you close it yourself, unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

The Service depends on third-party AI model providers and may change, be interrupted or have features removed. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect, and continued use means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and its output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory protections.
