Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information OOIN MEDIA LLC ("we") collects when you use Content Factory at https://content.allinmedia.ai, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account information: username, password (stored only as a hash), and any email or name you give us.
Your content: projects, scripts, prompts, and the images, audio and video you upload or generate.
Usage and billing records: which features you use, generations and the credits they consume, credit purchases and refunds.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the order status, amount and payment method type, but not your full card number or wallet credentials. See Stripe's privacy policy.

2. How we use it

To run the Service: store your projects, run generations, and keep your credit balance.
To process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To provide support and tell you about important changes to the Service.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train our own models.

3. Who we share it with

AI model providers that generate images, video, audio and text. Only the prompts and media needed for a generation are sent to them.
Stripe, for payment processing.
Hosting providers that run our servers.
Authorities, when required by law.

4. Where data is stored

Our servers are located in Japan. AI model providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, Singapore and mainland China. By using the Service you agree to your information being transferred to and processed in these places for the purposes above.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is active. After you delete content or close your account we delete it within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent by emailing contact@allinmedia.ai. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, Japan or mainland China) you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
