AI Content Policy

Everything generated on Content Factory is produced by third-party AI models from your prompts and uploads. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it.

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Sexually explicit content, or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent.
• Using a real person's face, voice or likeness without their permission, or impersonating someone to deceive others.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against protected groups.
• Fraud, scams, fake news presented as real, or political deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights you do not hold.
• Anything illegal where you live or where the content will be published.

Your responsibilities

• Get consent from any real person whose likeness or voice you upload or recreate.
• Label AI-generated content where the law or the publishing platform requires it.
• Check generated output before publishing — AI models can make mistakes.

Enforcement

AI model providers may refuse prompts or media that break their rules; such failures are not charged. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities. To report content, email contact@allinmedia.ai.
